Returns/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase then please notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order.  You will need to return the item to me in the exact same condition you received the item.  As soon as I receive the item your refund will be processed.

Please note personalised products can only be returned if there is a fault with the item.

Please note International postage charges cannot be refunded.
