The majority of my products are made to order so please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for your order to be sent.  If you require your purchase urgently, do let me know and I will do my best to get it made as quickly as I can for you.

I will notify you by email once your order is made and ready for dispatch.

Delivery Information:  

I offer free delivery on all orders over £40

UK

Orders are sent by 1st class post.

For all orders under £40 there will be the following postage charges.

Singular patches/stickers: £1.95

Patch Sets, Pennant Flags, Wish Bracelets, Mugs: £2.95

• International Orders are sent by Royal Mail standard airmail and will incur an extra delivery charge at checkout.
• Europe: Unfortunately I'm currently not taking orders from Europe, however please do check out my Etsy store where I do sell to Europe and you can find my entire range there: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/pineandbear.co.uk

 

Delivery times:

UK: 1-2 working days from delivery

Europe - Currently suspended

International, Rest of World : approx 7-10 working days from delivery

Please note delivery times may sometimes take longer.

For orders outside the UK please note it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duty or custom charges on arrival of goods.
