DELIVERY INFORMATION
The majority of my products are made to order so please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for your order to be sent, with the exception of my ponchos which take a little longer at 10 - 14 working days. If you require your purchase urgently, do let me know and I will do my best to get it made as quickly as I can for you.
I will notify you by email once your order is made and ready for dispatch.
Delivery Information:
I offer free delivery on all orders over £25 with the exception of a few of the heavier vintage pieces, and the postage price will be marked clearly at checkout for these.
UK
Orders are sent by 1st class post.
For all other orders there will be the following postage charges.
Singular Patches/stickers: £1.50
Patch Sets, Pennants, T-Shirts, Jewellery, Mugs, Candles: £2.95
Europe: Unfortunately I'm currently not taking orders from Europe until a solution is found for taxes/duty etc following the UK leaving the EU. However please do check out my Etsy store where I do sell to Europe and you can find my entire range there: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/pineandbearUK
International Orders Postage Charges:
Singular Patches: £2.95
Patch Sets, Pennants, T-Shirts: £5.95
Mugs, Ponchos, Camp Blankets: £17.95
Some of the larger heavier vintage items will be charged at £22.00
Delivery times:
Uk: 1-2 working days
Europe - Currently suspended
International, Rest of World : approx 5-7 working days.
Please note delivery times may sometimes take longer.
For orders outside the UK please note it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duty or custom charges on arrival of goods.
